As you enter the villa, the entrance to which is bordered by tropical plants, you immediately appreciate the exceptional taste and quality of the fixtures, fittings and furnishings. The property has been decorated and furnished with distinctive flair by the lady of the house who is also a successful interior designer and fine artist.
The dining room includes a wonderful rustic Indonesian dining table and arched windows and French doors, which open onto the sun deck and pool area. Adjacent to the dining room are two relaxed sitting areas, which include comfortable sofas and an object d'art. The living room leads onto a corridor to the left of which is a sunken entertainment room and to the right is an attractive Italian kitchen with doors, which lead onto the deck area.
All the bedrooms have large en-suite bathrooms and include ceiling fans, air conditioning and double French doors, which lead onto the covered terrace.
The attention to detail and quality of workmanship is second to none, the bedrooms include hand made cedar doors and windows and many of the other doors were specially made and imported from Italy complete with locks and door handles.
The swimming pool and deck area include sun loungers and umbrellas and the gazebo includes a dining table large enough to comfortably seat 10 people - ideal for a memorable dinner party in the warm evening breeze.
The villa ideally located on the West Coast and is within a short walk of one of the finest beaches on the island. A selection of elegant sea front restaurants are close by and shops, banks, bars and night-clubs can all be found within nearby Holetown and Sunset Crest areas. For golfing and sporting enthusiasts world-class golf courses at
Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland and all with 5-10 minutes drive so too are tennis courts. Water sports, sailing, scuba diving and horse riding can also be arranged if required. The house includes a maid / laundress, cook and a butler or baby sitter can be arranged if necessary.
