Cassia Heights #3 has wonderful views of the golf course and the ocean. It is a two minute walk to the clubhouse and first tee and a two minute walk to the 'Sanctuary' gym and swimming pool. Royal Westmoreland has a Beach Club which is 5 minutes drive from the villa. Guests have beach chairs and towels provided on the beach. There is a spa, a restaurant, a snack bar and a freshwater pool at the Beach Club.
